It’s an exciting fusion of martial arts and parkour! Kids will jump, climb, swing, roll, kick, and punch their way through fun, dynamic activities. They'll learn to navigate their environment in creative ways while using a variety of cool equipment to leap from place to place!

LITTLE NINJA KUNG FU PAROUR

Sanda (Sanshou or Chinese Kickboxing) is a holistic and full-contact fighting system combining traditional Kung Fu and modern combat methods. The Chinese military developed a multifaceted fighting system, which includes close-range kickboxing with grappling techniques, throws and sweeps.

KUNG FU ADULT AND TEENS

LITTLE NINJA KUNG FU PAROUR

Kung Fu for teens and adults is a more advanced and comprehensive martial arts program that builds on the fundamentals learned in earlier stages. It typically includes.

KALI/SILAT

*Kali* is a Filipino martial art focusing on weapon-based combat, especially with sticks and knives, and includes striking and grappling techniques.

*Silat* is a martial art from Southeast Asia, notably Indonesia and Malaysia, emphasizing strikes, joint locks, and throws. Both are effective for self-defense and are rich in tradition.

 

  • Durability. You will learn how to defend yourself from harm by learning the Kali philosophy. What makes Kali able to last is the philosophy behind its practice. The idea behind Kali is not just to push an individual to their physical limitations but also their mental limit. For a person to succeed, they must overcome their limitations. It is meant as a way of life, and this life-long approach has allowed it to grow and adapt as a martial art form in itself.
  • With Kali, you will learn ways of defense from other people, as well as countering and negotiating with them.
